Runway to Red Carpet

As usual, celebrities get first dibs on all the latest fashions.  Kristen Stewart is the latest to get her grubby little hands on some Spring 2010 fashion.  Today in London, she wore a look from Proenza Schouler's Spring 2010 runway show.  It's not as good as Camilla Belle in Alexander McQueen, but it's definitely a step up from Kristen's normal attire.
